The first dedicated destination spa in the Far East opened in 1995. Daniella arrived in Thailand to develop and train the full spa team on treatment menu, protocols and Standard Operating Procedures. Once this was accomplished, Daniella became the Director of Health & Leisure, taking care of the spa, medical suite, specialist practitioners, fitness, hair and boutique departments, running them for the next 18 months before departing the resort.
