The first Day Spa in the Middle East opened in 1998. The property housed 30 treatment rooms in two spas for male and female clients. Both spas have their own thermal wet area, specialist treatment rooms, hydrotherapy suites and relaxation areas. Also, the Pharaoh's Club pool area including the GYM and all the equipment. Adjacent is the high-profile Pharaoh’s Fitness Club, housing the first climbing wall in the UAE, an outdoor lazy river, pools and pool bar with F&B, along with a Kids’ Club. Daniella was the originator of the Cleopatra's and Pharaoh's Club layout and equipment choice design, spa flow, operational set up, global treatment menu design and product sourcing, as well as recruitment, training, and General Management, becoming Director of the brand for the following 13 years.

This was housed under the Health & Leisure division that Daniella began and proceeded to grow over the next 13 years. Under this banner, her team proceeded to open up the Cleopatra & Steiner Beauty Training Center which was the first CIDESCO Educating Beauty Therapy School in the Middle East.

Following swiftly with the opening of Spa Resources ME which was the A-Z of Spa Development and covered the project management and design of spas, concept work, marketing, operations, and distribution of spa brands, as well as training and recruitment.
