Oliver Harper

Oliver is a personable business professional with more than 40years’ experience as a construction and property project director. Oliver began his career in the construction industry in the UK as a carpenter, with a deep understanding of the building industry, Oliver expanded into several different building trades, which enabled him to start his own construction company, Property Investment Providers.

Over the decades Property Investment Providers delivered both iconic and sustainable projects ranging  from re-furbishing and converting old buildings into modern apartments; building innovative residential complexes, along with the construction of commercial buildings, delivering a number of the UK’s key listed buildings. Over the years, Property Investment Providers has won numerous industry awards for outstanding projects including UK’s Town Centre Regeneration & Gentrification Awards 2005 - 2019

 

With Oliver’s extensive experience as a project manager, management consultant, organizational change management, organizational process analyst and technical implementations, he diverged into sourcing off-market property investments for multi layered clients, enabling the company to build strong, diverse property portfolios for private clients.

 

Within DRH, Oliver collaborates with partners and clients to design well-versed project management methodologies and integrated experiences, drawing from research and insight into the changing needs of today’s consumers, who are becoming more sophisticated and demanding in their decision making. Through the entirety of this process, Oliver believes deeply in conscious wellness and well-being, by achieving new standards in sustainability and embracing new environmental initiatives, setting a new benchmark in eco-friendly developments for the benefit for his clients and the wider community.
